I was at City’Super the other day and came across a box of Aussie Cherry Tomato Medley Mix and couldn’t resist buying it (despite how pricey it was). I absolutely adore cherry tomatoes, they are like sweet and juicy pops of joy in my mouth. I ate half of the box as a snack and used the other half in a Tomato Salad recipe from Jamie Oliver’s 30 Minute Meal book.

I bought a few extra avocados when making the breakfast bruschetta last weekend, with the intention of whipping up some guacamole. When I bought the avocados they weren’t ripe enough for the recipe, so I had to wait a few days. I got the Jamie Oliver’s 30 Minute Meal book recently and have been flipping through it every night contemplating which recipes to try out and admiring all of the food photography. There was this photograph of figs and honey, which every time I looked at, made my mouth water.
