If you’re looking for a quick and light breakfast, this berries, yogurt and granola parfait recipe is a healthy and delicious option. The berries and granola are high in fibre and the yogurt is low in fat, and the best part is how easy it is to throw together!
Berry Yogurt Parfait
Serves 2
1 cup of plain Greek yogurt (or low-fat plain yogurt)
1 cup granola (with flax seeds, optional)
1 cup of fresh berries (raspberry, blueberry, blackberry or strawberry)
1 tbsp honey
Into 2 glasses or bowls, spoon half of the yogurt in and smooth the surface. Drizzle half of the honey over the yogurt. Then add a layer of berries and sprinkle half of the granola.
Repeat the process. Then finish with a layer of berries on top.
