I was in the mood to make some pasta for lunch this weekend, and searched the internet for a simple recipe that would fulfil my craving for carbs. I decided to try Rachael Ray’s famous “You Won’t Be Single For Long” Vodka Cream Pasta, which became a sensation after being featured on Oprah.
School Food: Modern Korean Cuisine
When I first moved to Hong Kong, I noticed this city was infatuated with Japanese culture. But in recent years, I’ve noticed people shifting their preferences to Korean dramas, K-Pop, Korean fashion and even Korean technology. So it’s no wonder why the Korean restaurant chain, School Food, has been so popular ever since it opened its first store in Hong Kong. Read more >>
Zhenjiang Spareribs (鎮江骨)
I was eager to use my new Le Creuset French oven again, so I decided to make Zhenjiang Spareribs (鎮江骨). Flint Grill & Bar: Hot New Restaurant in Town

I, of course, lacked the experience of cooking for larger parties, so it was a bit of a challenge for me when I attempted a dinner for 6 [yup, that’s a large number compared to my usual dinner for 2]. The Envy Apple
I stumbled upon the Envy apple at Market Place by Jasons one night, and captivated by its name I put some in my grocery cart. I gave them a try the next day, and I absolutely loved them. They were deliciously sweet, crispy and tasty [everything one can look for in a good apple]. Read more >>
